1. Permitted use and prohibited content
The platform may be used only for lawful profile creation, educational content publication and consumption, and respectful interaction consistent with the current product offering.
Users may not publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, violent, pornographic, defamatory, infringing, or dangerous content, nor content that encourages self-harm, unlawful acts, or unlicensed professional advice.
2. Restriction on substantial Artificial Intelligence-generated educational content
Substantial use of Artificial Intelligence tools to generate, draft, create, or modify courses, lessons, scripts, exercises, assessments, or any educational materials published on the platform is prohibited.
Only ancillary use of such tools is permitted, limited to activities such as spelling correction, grammar review, translation, or light formatting adjustments, provided that human intellectual authorship is not replaced.
For purposes of this Policy, “substantial use” or “substantial modification” means any use of Artificial Intelligence that results in the complete, predominant, or materially determinative production of the submitted content.
The platform may, at any time, require the instructor or user responsible to demonstrate the authorship, originality, and legitimacy of the published material, including by providing editable files, intermediate versions, references used, or other elements reasonably suitable to verify the content creation process.
3. Technical abuse and enforcement
Users may not engage in phishing, scraping, abusive automation, reverse engineering, malware insertion, ratings manipulation, paywall circumvention, data harvesting without legal basis, or any activity that threatens service stability or third-party rights.
Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, payout retention pending review, or reports to competent authorities where appropriate.
