1. Eligibility and independent status
Instructors represent that they are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, possess the necessary rights and permissions to publish their content, and comply with applicable law.
The instructor acts independently. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, exclusivity, or joint-venture relationships with Habilidade.org.
2. Content standards and license
Instructor content must be lawful, original, educational in nature, accurate to the best of the author’s knowledge, and compliant with platform format and duration rules then in effect.
By publishing content, the instructor grants Habilidade.org a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content within the operational and commercial scope of the service.
3. Monetization, taxes, and termination
Revenue-sharing programs, if any, are discretionary, may be modified or discontinued, and do not guarantee minimum earnings, audience volume, or mandatory promotion.
The instructor is solely responsible for taxes, invoices, legal compliance, and any liabilities arising from published content. Habilidade.org may suspend content, block monetization, retain payouts pending fraud review, or terminate instructor participation for contractual breach, illegality, policy violations, or risk to the ecosystem.
