For purposes of these Terms, Platform means the Habilidade.org environment; User means any person using it; Instructor means a user publishing educational materials; Student means a user consuming content; Content means any text, video, lesson, profile, exercise, comment, or material submitted to the service.
Habilidade.org acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not an educational institution, certifying body, or guarantor of academic, professional, commercial, or financial outcomes.
Use of the platform is restricted to persons at least 18 years old and with legal capacity to contract and assume the obligations described herein.
Users must provide true, complete, current information, keep credentials confidential, and remain fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
Users are solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and legitimacy of profile information, public representations, and any content they publish on the platform.
